MACD is proud of and welcome the appointment of its Board Director, Michael Marquardt, to serve as Commissioner, U.S. Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad on 14 January 2022.
Michael has led several companies in the technology and healthcare sectors as CEO and has served on corporate boards in Indonesia, France, and the United States. As CEO of Global Kompass Strategies, Inc., Michael advises clients on global strategy, corporate governance, business development, and emerging technology opportunities.
Following a lifelong commitment to fighting cancer after losing several loved ones to the disease, Michael currently serves as Chair of the national Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society since 2018.
