On 23 February 2023, Malaysian Alliance Of Corporate Directors (MACD) paid a courtesy on Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). MACD was represented by president Paul W Chan and board member William Ng, while SID was represented by Chair, Wong Su-Yen, Vice Chair Adrian Chan and CEO Terence Quek. Both MACD and SID are members of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) – the world’s largest group of Directors institutes. We had a wide ranging discussion on professional development and board diversity, among others.
