“Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Award” (AIGA 2022)

On 24 June 2022, President of MACD, Paul Chan and Board Member, Datuk William Ng, met with CEO of Institute Integrity Malaysia (IIM), Datuk Wan Suraya binti Wan Mohd Radzi, to discuss collaborations with IIM.

Following from this fruitful meeting, Reinushini Chandrasegaram, Chair of Professional Development, was nominated to represent MACD in the Panel of Assessors of IIM for the national “Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption Award” (AIGA 2022).

As part of the Panel of Assessors, she is involved in the assessment and evaluation process of organisations participating in AIGA 2022.

The AIGA 2022 is a Government initiative, through IIM, to cultivate integrity, best governance and anti-corruption in the public and private sector.

The award recognises and appreciates organisations in both the public and private sector which manifest a commitment in instilling and upholding a culture of integrity and excellence in corporate governance as well as anti-corruption initiatives in their respective organisations.

The award ceremony will be held on 5 November 2022, which coincides with National Integrity Day.
