The National Anti-Corruption Plan (NACP) 2019-2023 empowered the national anti-corruption agenda and regulatory transformation has accelerated the landscape of governance in corporations. Legal implications for corporate liability (Section 17A) have impelled leadership to embrace accelerated transformation into bastions of integrity.
